30 SECOND INTERVIEW WITH H&M

The world’s largest brand consultancy company Interbrand recently ranked our high street favourite, Hennes & Mauritz, 21st place in their Best Global Brands ranks just behind Honda Cars. With no other high street brand above them, this is a huge achievement. H&M is always improving the brand and their designer collaborations have always been a huge success. I managed to catch up with the H&M head office for a 30 second interview:

BSF: Firstly congratulations on being ranked 21 in Interbrand’s best global brands, how does the success of being top of the high street feel?

H&M: It’s great to see that our offer of fashion and quality at the best price is appreciated by our customers on all our markets, and it encourages us to strive to be even better and always keep improving.

BSF: What makes H&M so successful?

H&M: By keeping it simple, focused on the customer and our offer of fashion and quality at the best price.

BSF: You recently collaborated with Lanvin for a one off collection, what are your plans for future collaborations?

H&M: For us it is not a goal itself to do collaborations since we have 120 designers that create the collection and fashion items that arrives to our stores every day. But we always want to surprise our customers and we will see what happens next.

BSF:  What’s next for H&M ?

H&M: Continuing to surprise our customers with great offers and great collections. There are a lot of exciting things happening in spring 2011 and in Novemeber! We can’t wait!!
