The Gleneagles hotel in Perthshire, Scotland, is one hours drive from both Edinburgh and Glasgow and set within 850 acres of beautiful countryside. This Christmas Gleneagles is offering an array of festive activities for all ages with highlights includingskating lessons on the private ice rink, a spectacular display of fireworks on Christmas Eve, sumptuous seasonal menus and music and dancing for everyone.

Gleneagles has thought of everything to ensure that the festive period is a truly magical experience for its younger visitors, including a special children’s activity programme, surprise visits from the elves on Christmas Eve and from Santa Claus himself on Christmas Day. For guests looking to relax and unwind, Gleneagles not only offers the multi award-winning Spa by ESPA, a fantastic array of activities for everyone (including fishing, off road driving, clay pigeon shooting, riding, falconry and the opportunity to play on three of the finest 18 hole golf courses in Scotland) but also the chance to escape into a secluded corner of the hotel and simply curl up in front of one of the hotels roaring log fires.

 

The Gleneagles Christmas break offers three nights accommodation and includes all meals and entertainment. Prices start from £3,195 including VAT based on two sharing a sovereign room. Gleneagles is pleased to offer the option of a complimentary night on 23, 27, or 29 December.

 

The hotel is also extending a warm welcome to old and new friends to celebrate a traditional Hogmanay at Gleneagles (30 December 2011 - 1 January 2012 inclusive). From £3,895 per room for a three night stay, including VAT based on two sharing a sovereign room, and all food and entertainment.

 

Finally for those ‘inbetweeners’(27 – 29 December 2011) who can only join us outside the festivities we have a special rate of £525 per room per night including VAT based on two sharing a sovereign room, and all food and entertainment.
