Asian restaurant with a twist opens in bayswater

Dim Sum Diner, the new concept Asian restaurant, has landed. Launching this week in Bayswater, the restaurant throws its doors open offering locals and visitors a large selection of dim sum for lunch, dinner or a quick bite to eat.

The concept of Dim Sum Diner is an American-style diner that offers modern and traditional dim sum, classic Asian dishes and a few diner favourites. With a tempting selection of twenty-five delicious dim sum on the menu, there is something to suit all tastes. Dim Sum Diner uses the very best in natural and fresh ingredients in all their dishes, serving healthy, tasty food made in-house with no added colouring, artificial flavouring or MSG. All dim sum dishes, small plates and diner dishes are priced at an affordable £3.80 with side dishes priced at £2.50 encouraging visitors to dine out without having to break the bank.

Dim Sum Diner will not disappoint, offering customers new and tantalizing dishes such as aromatic Guinness crab meat steamed dumpling or more well known dishes including barbecued pork puff or crispy aromatic duck roll. As well as a wide variety of dim sum, customers are encouraged to mix and match by choosing classic Asian favourites from the small plates on offer.

Diners can choose from a refreshing, fragrant Vietnamese noodle salad with spring rolls or for something a bit hearty such as the baked pork in coconut with warming turmeric rice or Singapore laksa soup with vermicelli, guaranteed to warm you up as the cold nights draw in. Dim Sum Diner also offers classic diner favourites served with an Asian twist, such as homemade mini beef burgers or dim sum hot dogs. Executive Chef Chris Kwan at Dim Sum Diner has been working in the restaurant trade for over 35 years, most notably at China House, Zen Mayfair and Dragon Castle, and as Consultant Chef for the restaurant chain Chop Chop and Noodle Bar in Dubai. Heading up his team at Dim Sum Diner are two exceptionally talented chefs each with over 30 years experience in the industry.
