With the glory of Giorgio Armani, this supposed high end fashion brand only for men, its brand extension has been amazingly everywhere vertically and horizontally within the industry and out of industry. This man, Giorgio Armani is not simple, because he understands how to design his own goods labelled under his own name in an original method, which an underneath spirit drives him throughout his designs to keep his brand alive for years. The luxury treatment to the fabric, the special care to the structure of the clothes, the extra concerns about its segmentation on the market and its distribution channel, this man’s empire has covered every common man’s needs from street to penthouse. This year, continuously favourite male model Simon Nessman has been chosen to cover Giorgio Armani’s Spring/ Summer 2012 collection to face the mass market.
With Simon’s presentation, this 2012 collection has transformed into lifelike art pieces that could be sculptured in exhibition. These three advertisements has successfully demonstrate the point about the relaxed structure style that Giorgio Armani hopes to communicate to the mass audience. Speaking of this style, I am sure people start to fall in love it since last year, the classic funnel structure, which is like a funnel itself with wide top and narrowed end, the trousers in this collection are great examples of this structure, slightly bigger at the hip, andnarrow the whole leg downward to the foot. Also, styling with a short-length blazer, jacket or jumper on your top, and a thin thick based high top leather shoes works perfect in the winter, or a thinner shoes like the Giorgio Armani’s style just good enough in the spring to present the relaxing feeling.
