GOOD HEAVENS- DRINKING YOGHURTS TO DIE FOR

A package arrives at the BSF office which gets everyone all excited, which can only mean 1 thing… Food!  I look down at the milk bottle shaped containers and I’m intrigued to find Good Heavens drinking yoghurts staring longingly back at me.  The reason for my fascination? Salted Caramel, Tiramisu, Sicilian Lemon & Poppy Seed, and Blackcurrant flavours- my eyes are beginning to betray my poker face.

Good Heavens is sophisticated adult drinking yoghurt based on a traditional Mediterranean recipe, with both organic and non organic flavours.  The flavours are like nothing I’ve ever tried and are a chic alternative to smoothies and fruit juices made from exotically named ‘superfruits’ you pretend you’ve heard of.

As I am still on a strict post Easter diet, I was nervous about indulging in such a treat but I guzzled down guilt free as many of the flavours are low in fat and organic.  The thick texture also makes Good Heaven’s a filling substitute for chocolate or crisps- without the pang of conscience afterwards.  Wins all round!
