The sophisticated elegance of Monaco meets the grandeur of Scotland for the first ever ESPA treatment exchange. From 28 March – 04 April 2011, the multi-award winning Spa at Gleneagles by ESPA in Perthshire, Scotland and the Metropole ESPA Monte-Carlo, set just minutes away from the bustling centre of Monaco, France, will swap their exclusive signature treatments.

The Spa at Gleneagles will offer the Metropole’s tranquil, Japanese inspired Yoshi Ki treatment.  This unique experience starts with a symbolic seaweed foot soak and traditional Japanese tea ceremony, followed by an invigorating seaweed salt and oil scrub. This full body, distinctive, Japanese-inspired pressure point massage performed over a natural cotton sheet – combines stretching techniques and deep stimulation.

The Yoshi Ki concludes with a reflex zone foot massage designed to ease the flow of Ki along energy channels whilst relaxing tired feet and creating an overall feeling of well being. The Riviera Day Spa Ritual is also available for those visiting Gleneagles for the day. Once relaxed and rebalanced from the Yoshi Ki treatment, visitors will have unlimited access to The Spa by ESPA and will be treated to a specially created 2-course lunch, including French wine specifically selected by Gleneagles sommeliers.

In Monaco, guests at the Metropole ESPA Monte-Carlo will be treated to Gleneagles exclusive treatment, The Source, which uses ingredients from the fresh waters and rolling hills of Perthshire.
