PARROT ANNOUNCES TOUCH ACTIVATED HEADPHONES

Parrot are renowned for their expertise in Bluetooth & wireless technology.  They have take this experienced and created the ZIK, a wireless, Bluetooth touch-activated headset.

Parrot have teamed up once again with product designer Philippe Starck to create the ultra slick headphones, which have just been unveiled at the CES 2012 expo in Las Vegas.

I am personally excited by the touch sensor located on the entire surface of the right ear cup which allows you to change volume and track with a simple swipe of your finger!  Also, the ZIK feature NFC technology, allowing listeners to sync and pair portable music players by touch (Like an Oyster card).

Watch this space for more information as BSF will be first in line to review the ZIK later in the year!
