NEW: Qbic London City Hotel, Aldgate
Qbic London City Hotel, Aldgate
When it comes to budget hotels in London, you’re usually restricted to a basic Travel Lodge or a grotty guest house in a seedy part of town. That is all set to change with the opening of the UK’s first Qbic hotel in trendy Aldgate East, a boutique style hotel offering all you’d expect from a good hotel, for a fraction of the price.
Qbic is a concept that was first created in Amsterdam that made its name offering guests a stylish, modern living space, a quiet night’s sleep, breakfast, and free WiFi. This same philosophy has come to London with the launch of Qbic London earlier in November, with ‘Cubi’ rooms starting from a mere £59. The rooms really are different to anything in London, centred around a giant cube in the middle of the room housing a bed, wardrobe, TV, and bathroom designed by Phillipe Starck.
As an extra incentive to book, from 15th December until 15th March 2014, the hotel will be offering 5 £1 rooms per day. For your chance to win a £1 room, register on http://london.qbichotels.com/, follow on Facebook or Twitter.
